Kitchen and Bath Lead Installer Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalency, required
- 2+ years of home remodeling and construction experience
- Personal tools and 3/4-ton truck to pull company trailer
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and various applications
- Knowledge of Poulin Design Center brands, preferred
- Passion for teamwork and training
- Excellent interpersonal communication, time management, and organization skills
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability to challenging situations
Kitchen and Bath Lead Installer Responsibilities
- Attend goal-setting meetings with management and team
- Absorb current industry practices, processes, and procedures with personal and/or company tools and vehicle to pull company trailer and/or vehicle
- Pre-Install
- Install
- Post-Install
Pay
Pay: $20.00-$25.00/hr. non-exempt training rate, flat rate after training.

Schedule
Full-time, 32-40 hours per week (on-site)
- Unpaid .5-hour meal break
- Monday-Friday: 7:30am-4:00pm
