Bath Warranty Technician

About the role

A Bath Warranty Technician carries out warranty work on bath and shower systems, supports market production needs, and assists with active installations.

Responsibilities

• Document warranty claim issues, report root cause of issues, and create detailed return forms for efficient repairs
• Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and effect repairs
• Manually carry out repairs and installations using hand and power tools
• Take inventory of potential repair or install work and provide written estimates for non-warranty repairs
• Fill out work orders and collect payments
• Maintain company vehicle, ensuring regular and timely maintenance
• Deliver the highest level of excellence in customer service
• Maintain regular contact with Warranty Coordinator after each scheduled job

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience troubleshooting and diagnosing customer concerns with bath or shower installations
• Hands-on repair work required; install experience or plumbing experience is a plus
• Must follow safety protocols
• Ability to lift and carry equipment, materials, and supplies up to 105 lbs from service truck to residence or job area
• Comfortable with long periods of driving a vehicle
• Ability to climb a 6ft ladder
• Frequent standing, walking, forward bending, lifting, carrying, squatting, kneeling, crawling, reaching, balancing, driving, grasping, and pinching

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Pay

Hourly rate of $27-$30 plus the potential of a monthly incentive.
