- Remove existing toilet, vanity, sink, and faucet

- Remove drywall in wet areas down to studs
- Inspect framing for water damage, rot, or mold
- Remove existing electrical fixtures
- Haul all demolition debris
- Broom-clean and prepare for rough-in work
