Overview

Valor Home Solutions is looking for experienced Bath Installers (Subcontractors) to support their growing project pipeline across Southern Utah and Mesquite, NV. They provide a steady flow of pre-sold jobs, allowing installers to focus on installations while Valor handles scheduling, sales, and customer acquisition.

What You’ll Do

• Install tubs, showers, and bath wall systems
• Work with acrylic, fiberglass, and cultured stone materials
• Complete bathroom wet area remodels from start to finish
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 2+ years of bathroom remodeling experience (wet space required)
• Ability to complete projects independently
• Own truck/vehicle and professional tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Able to meet deadlines and production goals

Preferred Skills

• Cultured stone / solid surface installation
• General carpentry (trim, vanities, flooring)
• Basic plumbing experience
