Responsibilities

• Site prep work, simple carpentry work, and installation of all TBA product lines.
• Evaluate crew behavior and performance based on customer feedback, including online reviews.
• Review and confirm accuracy of breakout in accordance with customer contracts.
• Perform site prep which includes modifying the existing structure.
• Carry out carpentry tasks such as deck modifications, dormer installation, overhang cutoffs, wood knee wall builds, wall alterations, floor and ridge plates, and finish carpentry work.
• Complete simple and complex deck installations.
• Layout and cut materials for installation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site.
• Install All View, ComfortView, and Solarium products.
• Perform basic carpentry duties such as dormer attachment, fascia removal, standard fascia attachment, etc.
• Able to build simple decks and demolish old rooms.
• Perform service work, collect necessary stage payments from customers when applicable.
• Be responsible for setting up, taking down, and repairing displays used for various outside marketing events.
• Complete the Apprentice Development Program and have a minimum of 3-6 months of in-the-field training prior to promotion.

Performance Expectations

• Post-installation customer service surveys with a top score of 90% or better.
• Ensure that online reviews are positive, with at least 10% of jobs installed receiving positive reviews.
• Ensure crew efficiency aligns with GDI guidelines.
