Responsibilities
- Provide direct care according to the individualized resident treatment plan
- Participate in resident care assessments and restorative nursing programs
- Maintain current certification by attending & participating in training and educational classes
- Train to perform the Customer Care Liaison duties
- Deliver the highest quality of care possible to each resident, serving with kindness and compassion
- Work in the Bath House assisting residents and patients with scheduled bathing and/or showering
- Prep and retrieve the patients from their room and return them to their room when finished
- Perform skin checks and weights
- Be pulled to the floor as a CNA when needed
Qualifications
- Current certification in the state of Nebraska
- Professional enthusiastic attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Self motivated
- Shows initiative in daily work
Pay & schedule
Day CNA/Bath Aide position (6 am – 2 pm) with every other weekend. $1000.00 Sign On Bonus for FT and $500 for PT.
