Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Know how to light both roasters
- Fill roasters with oil if necessary
- Regulate and control oil glazers and salters
- Monitor charts when necessary
- Post a sample of product roasted every time there’s a different product
- Weight and cover every bin filled
- Produce the highest quality product
- Add oil to the glazers if necessary
- Prepare the liquid solution
- Communicate regularly with maintenance technicians
- Notify supervisor of recurring equipment malfunction within 15 minutes of down time
Education And Qualifications
- Basic math, reading skills, good communication skills, written and oral
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. and 50 lbs. with assistance
- Able to stand, walk, work in an environment where stooping, twisting and bending are frequent up to 10 hrs.
