Responsibilities
- Operate a multiscreen mixing system that controls numerous components to ensure production has batch material in a timely manner.
- Stock mezzanine with raw materials for shift and set up for next shift.
- Work with truck drivers to offload material to silos.
- Communicate with Team Lead to ensure proper schedule demands can be achieved through batch production.
- Maintain inventory system by adjusting at each batch’s production.
- Support maintenance by operating the mixing system and inform Team Lead if mechanical/electrical problems occur.
- Work with all departments to ensure best practices.
- Communicate any concerns related to Safety, Quality, Production, and Maintenance.
- Load material during batch production and stock material to ensure successful shifts.
- Offload trucks to silos and communicate schedule for batch production.
- Maintain inventory from materials consumed.
- Notify maintenance concerns and support through operating equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Complete daily pass downs between shifts.
Requirements
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Mixing experience preferred.
