About the role
The Batch Blending Technician – Lubricants is responsible for blending and packaging lubricant batches according to specifications.
Responsibilities
- Operate blending equipment to mix and package lubricants accurately.
- Monitor and record batch temperatures and other quality parameters.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance on blending equipment and report any issues to supervisors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in a similar operational role.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
Skills
- Proficiency with industrial blending equipment.
- Knowledge of lubricant formulations and properties.
- Understanding of safety procedures and environmental regulations.
