About the role

Taylor Robinson Music is hiring private music instructors for bass in the Jacksonville, FL area. Lessons can occur in the students' homes, in the instructor's home or studio, or via webcam.

Responsibilities

• Teach bass lessons to students in the Jacksonville, FL area
• Set your own schedule and lesson plans
• Communicate regularly with the office
• Be organized and punctual for all lessons

Requirements

• Great with kids and love teaching
• Must have one of the following: a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status with pay ranging from $20-$30 per hour based on travel time, experience, and student retention rate
• All advertising, marketing, and SEO handled by Taylor Robinson Music
• No brick-and-mortar studio location in the Jacksonville, FL area
• Option to teach in-person or via webcam, though most students prefer in-person lessons
