Basic Care Nurse (LPN or RN) - Days

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident admission process and orientation of new residents.
• Perform various nursing duties as ordered by provider, including distribution of medications and treatments.
• Provide leadership and supervision for nursing aides and medication aides during shift.
• Prepare residents' charts for clinic appointments.
• Contact provider as resident needs arise.
• Perform Haaland Home Clinic duties.
• Care for and arrange for transfer of residents requiring emergency care.
• Assist in screening and coordinate transfers of residents to another facility.
• Monitor daily floor of resident care needs.
