Basement Waterproofing Crew Member

About the role

Erie Home is seeking crew members to join our Basement Waterproofing Team. This position involves real work with real rewards, offering weekly pay starting at $20/hr.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team of 4–5 people led by on-site leadership
• Install industry-best waterproofing systems that protect homeowners from flooding and mold
• Drill around basement perimeters and set up drain tile systems, fostering a safe work environment
• Haul rock, gravel, and debris in 65 lb. buckets
• Crawl into tight spaces and make them watertight

Requirements

• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to drive a Dump Truck (optional)
• Experience in construction, landscaping, or any general labor
• Comfortable getting a little dirty and squeezing into crawl spaces
• Able to lift 65 lbs. and climb stairs without an issue
• Able to use of heavy tools
