About the role
Sandy Springs is looking for a Baseball Specialist to lead sport-specific training for youth, high school, and club athletes.
Responsibilities
- Design and coach baseball-specific speed, agility, rotational power, and skill development sessions
- Work 1-on-1 and in small groups with athletes at every stage
- Bring energy, structure, and real baseball IQ to every session
- Help athletes build the physical foundation to compete at the D1 level
Qualifications
- Playing and/or coaching experience in baseball (club, high school, or college level a plus)
- Strong communication skills and a passion for developing young athletes
- Certification in strength & conditioning or willingness to obtain (CSCS, CPT, or similar)
- Reliable, coachable, team-first mindset
