Baseball Coordinator - Summer League

About the role

To support our mission of helping kids succeed in life through sports, we are seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team. As a Coach at an i9 Sports location, you will be responsible for leading and coaching youth sports teams, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment, and fostering the development of young athletes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach youth sports teams, including flag football, soccer, basketball, baseball, and volleyball
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
• Develop and implement age-appropriate training programs
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child’s progress and performance
• Attend and participate in team meetings and events
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to youth sports

Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience coaching youth sports, preferably in one or more of the following sports: flag football, soccer, basketball, baseball, and volleyball
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with children and adults
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Pass a background check

• Passionate about youth sports and committed to promoting good sportsmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
