Responsibilities
- Supports departmental operations
- Leads the execution of Building Automation construction projects, primarily for data center sites in Northern Virginia
- Oversees Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers while directly managing select projects
Requirements
- MUST HAVE:
- BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience managing Building Automation/HVAC Controls projects
- 3+ years of supervisory experience leading/mentoring direct reports
- Data center projects experience
- NICE TO HAVE:
- Automated Logic product line experience
- Tridium Niagara N4 experience
- Prior BAS programming experience and/or can troubleshoot if needed
Qualifications
Competitive Pay DOE ($160-$180k base)
Quarterly PM bonus - Uncapped
Remote work with only occasional job site visits

Skills
