BAS Helper

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of BAS controls, panels, and devices
- Help run conduit, pull wire, and organize materials on job sites
- Support lead installers and technicians with daily tasks
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Follow safety policies and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Load/unload tools, equipment, and materials
- Learn BAS systems, electrical practices, and installation techniques
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Mets SWECS minimum eligibility requirements for a new hire
- Possesses a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Has access to reliable transportation
- Maintains an excellent record of attendance
- Maintains a minimum required tool list
- Able to work in construction environments (indoors/outdoors, ladders, lifts, etc.)
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred
- Prior electrical or construction experience is a plus but not required
