This is a permanent role that will play a pivotal part in our company, focusing on the installation and troubleshooting of Building Automation Systems (BAS). The successful candidate will have extensive experience with HVAC systems and building automation. This is a hands-on role focused on commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimizing building automation systems to ensure peak performance, energy efficiency, and long-term reliability.

Responsibilities
- Installation, programming, and commissioning Building Automation Systems (BAS) for a variety of projects.
- Working closely with other team members to integrate HVAC systems and DDC applications into the overall building design.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with BAS, HVAC, and DDC systems, ensuring they function optimally and meet project requirements.
- Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of systems to prevent potential issues.
- Providing technical support and guidance to the team, sharing your expertise in BAS, HVAC, and DDC.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure our projects are innovative and compliant.
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience within building automation / HVAC controls.
- Proven experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC systems, and Direct Digital Control (DDC) applications.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to design, install, and troubleshoot complex systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of construction professionals.
- A commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
Pay
$85,000 - $115,000 per year
