Job Type Part-time Description Pay Range: $12.00 per hour +tips The Bartender mixes and serves drinks to guests and Servers within the establishment. Accepts money and provides change, process debit/credit card transactions, stocks supply, clear tables while maintaining a friendly and professional image. Essential Job functions: Greet guests in prompt courteous manner and thank guest upon departure.Responsibly mixes and serves drinks, according to the policy & procedure, for servers and guests.Clear off and clean tables after each use and make sure they are set properly.Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of all bar equipment.Maintain an orderly, accurate par level for bar service outlet.Promote positive guest relations.Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Performs job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.Must have excellent alcohol service knowledge.Ability to work with Point of Sale (POS) system.Ability to prioritize and organize, uses time efficiently.Resolve problems using good judgment, displays willingness to make decisions, exhibits sound and accurate judgment, and makes timely decisions.Ability to work well with guests and colleagues.Knowledge of applicable local state and federal health and safety regulations.Actively promotes and personally observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly.
