About the role

The Bartender occupies one of the most integral functions in the restaurant, where you are expected to provide exceptional service to guests. You will follow proper steps of service, adhere to company guidelines, and use your skill, knowledge, and personality to create a memorable dining experience.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of Bartender experience in a high-volume, fine dining establishment.
  • Must be 18 years of age (required for service of alcohol).
  • Organized and proficient at multitasking.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to perfection and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

Pay

USD $11.35 /Hr (tipped position).
