Bartender Tipped

What You’ll Do

• Greets guests, mixes and serves alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks, and creates drink recipes with appropriate garnishes.
• Ensures that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests.
• Prepares accurate beginning counts and issues inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies.
• Works well with wait staff and other staff to ensure that customers receive prompt service.
• Must be friendly, tactful, and attentive when working with customers.
• Significant walking or other means of mobility required.
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time, throughout the entire duration of a shift, which may exceed 8 hours.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds.
• Must be able to perform repetitive movements.

What You Bring

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 1 year related experience.
• Ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly (preferred).
• Must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol or bartend based on local city and state regulations.
