As a Bartender at The Duniway Portland, a recently refined boutique hotel in the heart of downtown, you’ll prepare and serve drinks while delivering memorable experiences that make every guest’s stay special. Responsibilities

• Delight guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude, proactively enhancing their experience.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including mixing, garnishing, and ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
• Maintain bar operations by stocking and organizing supplies, including beverages, glassware, and perishables.
• Process payments efficiently using the point-of-sale system for cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers.
• Monitor product quality, manage inventory, and ensure freshness of all beverage-related items.
• Address guest concerns professionally, especially situations involving intoxicated guests, ensuring a safe environment.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of high-volume bartending experience with a focus on craft cocktails and beers.
• Passion for hospitality, acting with integrity, and inspiring others through leadership.
• Strong belief in teamwork, ownership, and a focus on delivering exceptional experiences in the present moment.
