Job Responsibilities

  • Take customer orders, serve food and beverages, prepare itemized checks, and accept payments.
  • Complete all daily tasks and cleaning schedules assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager.
  • Perform daily cash reconciliation.
  • Prep garnishes for drinks, stock bar, and maintain a clean work area.
  • Check identification of customers in the bar area to ensure they meet all statutory regulations.
  • Work both private and Club events.
  • Must have good mobility and can lift heavy objects sometimes in excess of 30 pounds.
  • Must efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Promote a friendly atmosphere for all Members and guests, as well as coworkers.
  • Ensure operations comply with all state and federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to food and beverage sanitation, alcohol and tobacco, and ADA requirements.
  • Perform other duties as appropriate.

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma/GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Grade 1 (Hourly) position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A College degree in Culinary Science, Foodservice Systems Administration/Management, Hotel/Restaurant Management, desirable.

Benefits
