Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Greet members with a smile and make them feel special.
• Present menus and assist in selecting food and beverages.
• Take and serve orders.
• Answer questions or provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with other servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
• Issue checks and accept payment.

Requirements

• Two years of service experience helpful.
• Hands-on experience with customer satisfaction.
• Attention to detail.
• Patience and customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
• Responsible and trustworthy.
• A high school diploma is required.
• An Indiana Liquor license is required or application in progress.

About the Role

The Club is a private 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature designed course that is consistently recognized as one of the top courses in the state. It offers a full-service Clubhouse with various amenities such as dining areas, a bar, a Junior Olympic swimming pool, a fitness center, and tennis/pickleball courts. Members have access to an outdoor heated Junior Olympic pool, a fully equipped fitness center, childcare, a children's playground, men's and ladies' locker rooms, an outdoor tennis court, and Pickleball courts. Additionally, they enjoy championship-level golf courses, a full swing green grass driving range, practice chipping & pitching area, a practice putting green, and a fully equipped Golf Shop. The club hosts numerous social functions throughout the year, providing opportunities for members to connect and enjoy exclusive activities.
