About the role

The Roosevelt Room in Liberty Center is hiring a Bartender with 1-2 years of experience bartending in a high-volume bar. The Roosevelt Room offers great money, fun, and a chance to be part of an awesome team!

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to create exceptional guest experiences.
• Contribute to the themed cocktail menu and wine/beer offerings.
• Communicate effectively with customers and fellow staff members.
• Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
• Use POS systems efficiently.
• Be flexible with work schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Craft cocktail experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of wine and beer styles and appropriate glassware.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and positive attitude.
• Personal responsibility and reliability.
• Proficiency with POS systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
• Two or more years of high-volume bartending experience preferred.
• Maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient with POS systems.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
