About the Role
Applebee’s is hiring Bartenders who bring personality, speed, and great hospitality to the bar. If you enjoy crafting drinks, connecting with guests, and keeping the energy high in a neighborhood setting, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks accurately and efficiently
- Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Engage guests with friendly conversation
- Handle payments correctly
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and running smoothly
Requirements
- Minimum age: 21 years old
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 15–25 lbs
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
