Bartender (Part-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a rockstar Bartender who can professionally handcraft cocktails, maintain a clean, organized bar while serving customers, and servers in a professional, positive and energetic manner, and .

Responsibilities

• Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of bar.
• Mixes ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
• Complete drink orders using proper levels of alcohol, always using pre-measured shot glass.
• Assist with beverage recipes, creating signature items for the bar and lounge.
• Assist with bar inventory.
• Provides full dinner service at the bar with appropriate food knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1- 2 years previous restaurant and/or bartending experience required.
• TIPS/RBS Certification Required
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
