Responsibilities
- Bring the Pillars of Service (Connected, Optimistic, Service Oriented, and Memorable) to life through team and fan (guests) interactions
- Deliver exceptional, service-oriented hospitality to all guests at the bar and throughout the venue
- Engage fans (guests) with a positive, friendly, and professional approach in every interaction
- Create memorable experiences through personalized service and expert beverage recommendations
- Ensure every fan (guest) has a seamless, Cosmworthy experience from arrival through departure
- Maintain strong knowledge of menus, beverages, promotions, and upcoming events
- Prepare all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company recipes and standards
- Accurately and efficiently enter all orders into the POS with minimal errors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout the shift
- Complete all bar setup and closing procedures with attention to detail
- Monitor and minimize product loss, supporting overall cost control efforts
- Foster a connected, one-team environment by supporting fellow team members
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and leadership to ensure smooth service
- Follow direction from supervisors with a positive and optimistic attitude
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-energy team culture
- Follow all accounting procedures (POS transactions, credit cards, gift cards, discounts, and team member meals)
- Comply with all state liquor laws and responsible alcohol service policies
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in accordance with company and state guidelines
Qualifications
- 2+ years previous bartending experience required, preferably in a fast-paced full-service establishment
- Must possess a thorough understanding of mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic beverages
- Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills required
- Must be fluent in English and able to write in basic English
- Food handlers’ card and state recognized responsible alcohol certification. (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be of legal age to create and pour alcoholic beverages in accordance with local and state laws
- Must be able to continuously stand, walk and lift up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to frequently bend, squat, reach overhead, and lift up to 20 pounds
