BARTENDER (PART TIME)

About the role

Culinaire is seeking part-time BARTENDER positions at Greer Cabaret - 655 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. Online applications are accepted. Hours are part-time, typically 20 hours a week, with days varying. Previous bartending experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to state and federal liquor regulations
• Sets up and stocks assigned bars
• Maintains and prepares perishable items
• Greets guests courteously and processes orders
• Mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks
• Checks guests for proper identification
• Detects and acts on guest inebriation
• Manages cash transactions and locks up beverage products
• Cleans and organizes the bar area
• Washes and sterilizes stemware
