BARTENDER (ON CALL)

About the role

Hanna Brothers is seeking immediate on-call BARTENDER positions at Trilith Live, located at 175 Trilith Parkway, Fayetteville, Georgia 30214. Online applications are accepted only. The schedule is on-call, with days and hours varying. A prior high-volume bartending experience and a bartending license are preferred. Perks include employee meal provided and an internal referral bonus.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to state and federal liquor regulations regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up assigned bars, requisitions, and stocks all necessary supplies including beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce.
• Maintains stock, prepares, cures, and stores all perishable items ensuring product quality.
• Greets guests courteously, takes and processes orders, mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks using standard recipes, practices prudent portion control, checks guests for proper identification, detects and acts upon guest inebriation, demonstrates knowledge of liquor laws, receives cash, makes change, verifies charges, records charges, and ensures vouchers are properly executed.
• Locks up and stores all beverage product, food, equipment items, deposits, and cash drops; secures bank; performs general cleaning tasks to maintain health and safety standards; keeps work area clean and organized; arranges bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area; washes and sterilizes stemware.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Prior high-volume bartending experience and a bartending license are preferred.

Job Summary

Essential duties include adhering to state and federal liquor regulations, setting up and stocking bars, maintaining stock and preparing drinks, greeting guests, taking and processing orders, mixing drinks, checking guests for proper identification, detecting and acting upon guest inebriation, demonstrating knowledge of liquor laws, receiving cash, making change, verifying charges, recording charges, ensuring vouchers are properly executed, locking up and storing all beverage product, food, equipment items, deposits, and cash drops, securing bank, performing general cleaning tasks, arranging bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area, washing and sterilizing stemware, and performing other duties as assigned.
