Provide excellent server to residents and their guests in our fine dining bar and restaurant. Slices and prepares fruit garnishes for drinksKnows lounge menus and can discuss options with guestsKeeps a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessoriesHas full understanding of the wine and beer menu and assists guests in their preferences and making recommendationsTakes beverage orders from guests or servers and serves as requested, paying extreme attention to detailServes guest requests in a timely mannerDelivers checks and collect payments per restaurant standardsPrepares and serves lounge food items for guests at the loungeInteracts with guests, take orders and serves lounge menu and drinksChecks identification to verify legal age requirements for all customersCleans the bar, tables, chairs, and work area to maintain a clean environmentOrganizes the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventoryAttends Pre Service huddlesMaintains personal uniform cleanliness and pressed to restaurant standardsPromptly addresses guest issues and refers with management as necessaryInforms Food & Beverage Manager of needed liquor, beer, wine, and other suppliesInforms Food & Beverage Manager of equipment requiring repairChecks refrigeration temperature to ensure proper beverage temperatureComplies with all food and beverage regulationsRestocks and replenish lounge inventory and supplies Competencies Customer FocusCommunication ProficiencyOrganizational SkillsStress Management/ComposureTime Management The above job description is not to be construed as a complete listing of the assignments and responsibilities assigned to any employee; nor are such assignments restricted to those precisely listed in the description.
