Bartender/ Mixologist

About the role

As a Bartender you are the mixologist! The Bartender creates and serves alcoholic or soft drink beverages behind the bar and in the dining area, crafting sippable delights for members and guests at Signature of Solon Country Club in Solon, OH.

Responsibilities

• Fill drink orders for guests, answer questions about drink ingredients, and make suggestions for different types of beverages and cocktails
• Mix and serve a wide variety of drinks with working knowledge of recipes and techniques
• Operate all bar equipment properly and maintain beverage quality and service standards to ensure a positive guest experience
• Monitor the alcohol intake of guests and ensure alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to individuals under the age of 21

Requirements

• Excellent people and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and perform
• 1-2 years of bartending experience
