About the role

Ted's Bulletin is a restaurant known for its tarts, boozy milkshakes, and all-day breakfasts. We operate a scratch kitchen with fresh ingredients prepared on-site, serving a curated menu of American cuisine. We recently expanded our menu with lighter options, maintaining our classic favorites. The team is passionate about creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Execute orders and drinks under pressure in a high-volume, full-service environment
• Engage with customers in a warm, genuine, and friendly manner
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in service
• Support the team and maintain a positive work environment
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months experience in high-volume, upscale casual dining or an equivalent service environment
• Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day
• Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure
• A high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Must be of legal age to prepare, serve, and ring alcoholic beverages
• Certified in (or able to be certified in) responsible alcohol service (as required by state or local law)
• Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location (verbal and written)
