Maintain a professional appearance at all times

Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper and other supplies

Maintains the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area(s), glassware and equipment

Affirms that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed

Collects payment for drinks served

Greets and provides immediate attention to guests

Learns the names of regulars and personally recognizes them

Monitors guest experience and takes appropriate action to assure the best customer service

Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available

Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks

Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned

Adheres to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests

Implements and supports all course policies and programs as communicated by management

Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• 1-2 years of bartending experience
• Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law.
• Working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes
• Strong customer/guest orientation
• Able to work well in fast paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable
