About the role
To prepare and serve alcohol to guests that is consistent with the standards of the Cigar Lounge.
Responsibilities
- Formulate beverages according to established recipes.
- Serve guests in compliance with MAST and guest service standards.
- Rings up each transaction on the cash register and makes the correct change.
- Provides table service in the lounge using tray in the absence of a Beverage Server.
- Requisition supplies for workstation to maintain necessary parts and monitor quality of product.
- Initiate and establish superior guest service, including recommendation of drink selection and informing of specials and product knowledge.
- Utilize and implement MAST Training to prevent and recognize potential alcohol related concerns.
- Set up and close workstations in compliance with established procedures.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
- Eighteen (18) months Bartending experience.
- Previous successful Restaurant and/or Bar experience.
- One (1) year cash handling and knowledge of balancing your bank.
Skills
- Above average knowledge of spirits, wine and beer products.
Qualifications
- One (1) year cash handling and reconciliation.
- One (1) year computerized Point-of-Sale (POS) System.

You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions.
