What You Will Have an Opportunity To Do
Bartender Lead Dawn Manor | Dellshire Resort
- Lead bar operations and ensure adherence to service standards
- Train, coach, and support bartenders on recipes, presentation, and service expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
- Monitor bar inventory and assist with ordering and organization
- Ensure compliance with all alcohol service and safety regulations
- Address guest concerns and escalate issues as needed
- Support management with opening/closing procedures and operational needs
Who We Are Looking For
- Previous bartending experience required
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Food Safety Certification and Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of starting and must be re-certified as needed
- Bartender license for Wisconsin Dells area required
Compensation
$14.00 plus tips
$16 non-tipped
