Pay Rate: $10.00/hr plus tips. This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors, including experience and skill level.

- Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at Latitude Restaurant & Flo Bar.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and timely service to bar guests and poolside patrons.
- Aid with poolside service operations, including drink delivery to lounge areas and outdoor seating.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and full stocking of both indoor and outdoor bars.
- Uphold garnish preparation, proper glassware use, and standard recipes to ensure consistency.
- Check identification and follow responsible alcohol service protocols.
- Take food and beverage orders when needed and input into the POS system accurately.
- Maintain awareness of guest preferences and engage in genuine hospitality and conversation.
- Support setup and breakdown of bar service areas, including during private or resort events.
- Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to support seamless service.
- Attend mandatory orientations and trainings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience as a bartender in a high-volume or upscale restaurant or resort.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, classic cocktails, and wine/beer offerings.
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments, including poolside.
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and maintain composure in fast-paced service situations.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service and possess any required state/local certifications.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak resort seasons.
