Responsibilities

• Connect and engage with each guest to create a WOW experience
• Serve patrons courteously, swiftly, and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic demeanor
• Adhere to guidelines for the legal and responsible service of alcohol
• Take orders, engage in suggestive selling, and craft drinks according to specific recipes
• Handle financial transactions: accurately receive money, give back change, and be accountable for all cash managed at your register during your shift
• Count down the cash drawer at the end of your shift to ensure all totals are accurate

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and consistently adhere to laws regarding the responsible service of alcohol
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with a diverse range of guests
• Physically capable of lifting 15–20 pounds
• Ability to maintain a high level of energy and efficiency for shifts lasting up to 8 hours
