About the role
We need bartenders for our busy HopCat location in Southgate, MI. You can earn $200+ in tips during a dinner shift and more on the weekends.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming and fun atmosphere for guests
- Interact effectively with guests and coworkers in a dynamic environment
- Share expertise as a potential trainer or lead
- Participate in our industry-leading recycling/composting program
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of bar service and customer service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role preferred
Skills
- Customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of alcohol service laws
