Bartender - Full time

Sala Restobar is seeking an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about craft cocktails, provides exceptional guest service, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.

About the role

This is a full-time position requiring open availability and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Schedule

Candidates must be available to work the following shifts:

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Friday & Saturday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Full availability for these shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Sala’s recipes and service standards.
• Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional service to every guest.
• Recommend cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and food pairings with confidence.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar before, during, and after service.
• Complete all opening, running, and closing side work.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
• Verify guest identification and comply with all Massachusetts alcohol service laws.
• Accurately process guest checks using the POS system.
• Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or high-volume cocktail bar.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Craft cocktail and wine service experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Experience with Aloha POS is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Beverly, MA 01915 before starting work.

$7.50/hour + tips (Massachusetts tipped employee rate)
