BARTENDER (FULL TIME)
About the role
Eurest is hiring immediate full-time BARTENDER positions at Delta DEN - 8700 Pena Blvd., Denver, CO 80249. Online applications are accepted only. Full-time schedule with open availability preferred; weekends are required.
Responsibilities
- Adheres to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations.
- Sets up assigned bars; requisitions and stocks all necessary supplies.
- Maintains stock, prepares, cures, and stores perishables to ensure quality.
- Greets guests courteously and processes drink orders.
- Mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks using standard recipes.
- Checks guests for proper identification and detects inebriated guests.
- Demonstrates knowledge of liquor laws and practices prudent portion control.
- Receives cash, makes change, and records charges accurately.
- Locks up and stores all beverage and food items securely.
- Cleans and organizes the work area to meet health and safety standards.
- Washes and sterilizes stemware as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Previous bartending and customer service experience is required.
Qualifications
