Bartender Casino Services Bar - On-Call

About the role

The Bartender is responsible for crafting exquisite cocktails, providing exceptional guest service, and creating an inviting and entertaining atmosphere for our guests. This position requires mixology knowledge, an engaging personality, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and presentation standards
• Offer personalized drink recommendations to guests based on their preferences, highlighting the unique features of each beverage
• Greet guests warmly, take drink orders efficiently, and provide attentive service throughout their time at the bar, ensuring an enjoyable experience
• Suggest premium or specialty drinks to increase sales and enhance the guests' bar experience
• Pay close attention to drink presentation, garnishing cocktails with creativity and precision
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, and handle money responsibly following established cash-handling procedures
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages
• Comply with local alcohol service laws and regulations, monitoring guest intoxication levels and refusing service when necessary
• Engage guests in lively conversation and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, fostering a sense of community within the bar
• Work collaboratively with bar staff, kitchen staff, and management to maintain a smooth flow of service and a positive team environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
