The role of Bartender involves creating and serving alcoholic or soft drink beverages behind the bar and in the dining area, with a focus on elevating experiences for members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Create and serve alcoholic or soft drink beverages behind the bar and in the dining area.
• Mix and serve a wide variety of drinks.
• Operate all bar equipment effectively.
• Maintain beverage quality and service standards to enhance the guest experience.
• Monitor the alcohol intake of guests and ensure they are not served to people under the age of 21.

Requirements

• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A willingness to learn and perform.
• One to two years of bartending experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of various cocktail recipes and ingredients.
• Basic understanding of food and beverage service standards.
