Responsibilities

• Handle high volume at the bar while maintaining the highest level of service and quality cocktails.
• Demonstrate strong liquor, cocktail, and wine knowledge.
• Provide fine-dining service in a fast-paced environment.
• Remain on your feet for entire shifts while keeping up with business needs.
• Work as a team player with a positive attitude to support the service team and meet guest needs promptly.
• Move gracefully and efficiently through the bar and dining room to assist with service demands.
• Work irregular hours, shifts, weekends, special events, and holidays as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a bartender in a fine-dining environment (high-volume bar experience is ideal).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.
