Bartender

Responsibilities

• Maintain liquor controls
• Fulfill drink orders for patrons at the bar and for server's tables
• Maintain basic drink knowledge and follow Clubhouse drink recipes
• Use appropriate upselling techniques
• Engage and interact with guests in a positive manner
• Take food and beverage orders correctly
• Implement proper steps of service in an efficient and timely manner
• Handle transactions with basic mathematical skills
• Learn and use the POS (Point of Sales) system
• Multitask job duties

Requirements

• Ability to work individually and in a team environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work at a consistent pace
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Keep the work area stocked, organized, and sanitized
• Flexible availability and regular, consistent attendance
• Ability to follow The Reedsburg Country Club's policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Must be at least 21 years old

Qualifications

Experience is appreciated but not required. We are willing to train the right individual.
