Bartender

About the role

The Heathman Hotel seeks a skilled bartender who understands and appreciates the art of the cocktail. This position requires a deep knowledge of traditional and creative drink recipes, along with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Authentically acknowledge and welcome guests with emphatic and warm hospitality
• Remain curious and knowledgeable about all product and service standards to elevate each guest experience
• Remain efficient, clean, and organized while multitasking
• Be mindful of appropriate verbiage and demeanor with team members and guests at all times
• Ensure responsible alcohol service is of top priority

Requirements

Prior experience as a bartender is required. Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine pairing options is also necessary. A proactive and thoughtful nature, along with a professional demeanor, are essential qualities.
