The bartender sets the tone for genuine connection, whether greeting a regular by name, crafting one of our small-batch cocktails, or introducing a guest to something new and memorable. The Bartender creates those moments with precision, personality, and pride—making every seat at the bar the best in the house.

Qualifications

• Every guest feels welcome, relaxed, and cared for from first greeting to last pour.
• Drinks are crafted with precision and consistency every time.
• The bar operates smoothly, maintaining pace even during peak hours.
• Bar areas remain spotless, organized, and visually polished.
• Guests leave with a genuine connection and a reason to return.
• Communication between bar, service, and culinary teams is seamless and respectful.

Required Skills

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods and lift to 40 pounds.
• Current alcohol service certification (state or local requirement).
• Prior bartending experience preferred, ideally in a full-service or upscale environment.
• Completion of required server training and knowledge.
• Maintain cleanliness, professionalism, and team alignment at all times.
