About the role
Serve as a key member of the game-day team at PNC Field by providing fast, friendly, and accurate beverage service to fans during RailRiders events, focusing on preparing and serving drinks in a high-volume setting. This role emphasizes efficient order fulfillment, responsible alcohol service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and delivering excellent guest service in a lively sports environment.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly, energetic, and professional manners.
- Prepare all beverage items for sale in the station.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service standards at all times in compliance with company and PLCB regulations.
- Process high-volume transactions quickly and accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain safe, secure, and sanitary working conditions and leave work area in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Coordinate with the Concessions Supervisors and Runners about inventory levels for proper and uninterrupted bar service.
- Properly account for all bar stock on bar sheets, opening and closing inventory; to include recording waste/spoilage.

Education And/Or Experience
- Previous customer service or guest services experience preferred.
- Experience in live entertainment, sports, or hospitality settings is an asset.
- Knowledge of alcohol service and mixing drinks is preferred.
Skills And Abilities
- Ability to provide fast, friendly, and efficient service in a high-pressure, high-volume setting.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including standard drink preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
- Ability to accurately operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and electronic payments.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks during busy periods.
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices and ability to check identification.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement.
- Flexibility to adjust to last-minute changes and operational needs.
License Or Certifications Required
- RAMP (Responsible Alcohol Management Program)
