About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring compliance with local regulations and Highgate’s standards.
- Oversee the financial performance of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the hotel and its offerings.
- Work with the sales team to secure new business and maintain existing relationships.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the hotel’s operations and services.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Hotel Management Certification (HMC) or equivalent.
- Experience with revenue management systems.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $20 - $30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
