Bartender

Location: Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living, a 120-acre continuing care retirement community in Silver Spring, Maryland.

About the role

Join our team as a Bartender! In this role, you’ll craft and serve cocktails, take food orders, and provide excellent customer service. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy creating a positive experience for guests, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth and timely experience for all guests by providing exceptional customer service.
• Become knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and food to patrons.
• Take food and beverage orders and process payments.
• Replenish and prepare supplies as needed.

Requirements

• Meet the state’s age requirement for serving alcohol.
• Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays.
• T.I.P.s or ServSafe Alcohol preferred (Training must be completed within 90 days of commencing employment unless the state requires earlier).
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
