Bartender

About the role

The Bartender at The Golf Club at Fossil Creek - Fort Worth, TX is a key member of the Arcis Golf team. You will be responsible for creating and serving alcoholic or soft drink beverages behind the bar and in the dining area. This position requires a strong mixology skillset, excellent people and communication skills, and a willingness to learn and perform.

Responsibilities

• Create and serve alcoholic or soft drink beverages
• Answer questions about drink ingredients and make suggestions for different types of beverages and cocktails
• Maintain beverage quality and service standards
• Monitor the alcohol intake of guests and ensure they are not served to people under the age of 21

Requirements

• One to two years of bartending experience
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and perform

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Skills

• Knowledge of mixed drinks and cocktail recipes
• Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Pay
